Your money
Staff
The people you pay every month — salary, advances, festival bonuses, and whether this month is settled. A recurring, often-cash outflow no other module fits.
Staff covers household employees: cook, house help, driver, nurse, gardener, security. It is a management surface first — who works for you, what you owe, have you paid this month — rather than an accounting ledger.

Why this is a module of its own#
Household staff are paid monthly, frequently in cash, and therefore appear on no bank statement. An app built around a bank feed cannot see them at all — which for many households means missing one of the largest and most regular monthly outflows there is.
The roster#
Each person carries a role, a monthly salary, a pay day, and a payment mode. Cash is listed first, deliberately: it is the most common and the least visible.

Phone numbers are encrypted at rest and never indexed by Find.
Advances and bonuses#
Both live in the same tagged ledger:
- Advances — money paid ahead. Outstanding is advances minus recovered, so a part-recovered advance shows the remaining figure rather than the original one.
- Festival bonuses — recorded alongside, so they show up in the year's total without distorting the monthly salary figure.
Paid this month#
The roster shows, for the current month, who is settled and who is not. Unpaid people appear in the Checklist as an obligation with a Record action.
Because the Checklist folds by commitment, three unpaid months for one person arrive as one card with three occurrences inside it, each with its own Record button — three unpaid months are three real payments, and the card does not pretend otherwise.

Net worth#
Staff contributes nothing to net worth. A salary is an outflow, not an asset or a liability. It appears on Radar as recurring money out, and in the Checklist as work to finish.
Pay day is computed — "the 1st, unless this month is already settled" — so Radar draws staff flows dotted.
